We had an outstanding experience with our pre-closing home inspection. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer every question we had—even all of my dad's questions! They were patient and kind while our daughters excitedly explored what could be their new home, and they never made us feel rushed. They explained everything clearly, pointed out areas to keep an eye on, and gave us the information we needed to feel confident moving forward. Beyond their expertise, they were genuinely friendly, personable, and just great people to spend a few hours with. It's rare to find professionals who are not only excellent at what they do but also make the experience enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection.

I strongly recommend Castle Home Inspection. They were incredibly thorough and did a great job from start to finish. The report they provided was detailed and easy to follow, and they took the time to answer our questions in person so we actually understood what we were looking at. On top of that, they were polite and professional the whole way through, and their pricing was very fair. I cannot recommend them enough.

The inspection report was very detailed and ultimately helped me make an informed decision about the property. I appreciated the thoroughness of the report and the photos included. However, I was initially told I would receive the report the same day and didn’t receive it until the following day. I also reached out to the inspector by phone and text with a few follow up questions and never received a response. Overall, the quality of the report was excellent, but communication could be improved. Would absolutely use Castle Inspection Company again because of the quality of their reports, though I would likely request a different inspector.

We elected to utilize the Castle Home Inspection service because they came highly recommended by my brokerage, Real People Realty. The inspectors were prompt and began the process immediately. They walked us through the properties and highlighted everything that had the potential to present challenges as well as the items that needed to be addressed. Operating a 2-3 person team was something efficient and s wonderful surprise. The inspections took less than two hours (with one being a multi-unit. The reports were vital in assessing our next moves and presented leverage for negotiations in this early stage of the transaction. The experiences this last week of April have been phenomenal and Castle will be my "go to" company moving forward. I've never experienced the overall professionalism and efficiency displayed during these encounters. God bless Castle Inspection Services and continued success to them as well.
